只要你係年滿18歲嘅香港永久性居民，或持單程證來港人士，你就可以申請電子消費券。

$5000電子消費券可廣泛使用於本地實體店或網店，包括本地食肆、街市檔販、持有商業登記的網店或網購平台如HKTV Mall等。
